What We Offer
Gaia Flora specialises in bespoke floral design and styling for weddings, events and celebrations across Sydney.
From intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings and events, every floral concept is thoughtfully designed around your vision, venue and overall aesthetic. Our services can include bridal bouquets and personal flowers, ceremony florals, reception centrepieces, statement installations, feature arrangements, custom floral structures and complete event floral styling.
We manage the entire floral process from initial concept and design through to sourcing, preparation, delivery and on-site installation, creating a cohesive floral experience from beginning to end.
Every Gaia Flora event is individually designed — no set packages, no one-size-fits-all approach. Just considered, creative florals made specifically for your occasion.
Our Process
01 — Enquire & Consult
Complete our online enquiry form and tell us about your wedding or event. We’ll then be in touch to arrange a phone consultation where we discuss your vision, venue, colour palette, floral requirements and all the finer details.
02 — Quote & Secure Your Date
Following your consultation, we’ll create a detailed, itemised floral quote tailored to your event. We can make amendments until you’re happy with everything. A 30% deposit is then required to secure your date.
03 — Finalise & Design
Three weeks before your event, we’ll finalise all quantities, styling and event details. Two weeks prior, you’ll receive your complete floral brief outlining the varieties we intend to use, with final amendments made by this stage.
04 — Create & Install
Now it’s over to us. We source and prepare your flowers, create each arrangement and take care of delivery and installation, bringing the entire floral vision together for your wedding or event.
